Change Request (CR)

A request calling for an update, upgrade, or adjustment to a current system. The communication typically includes a unique ID for the request, the parties calling for the change or who have been affected by the system?s fault, a timeline or deadline by which the change should occur, a priority level, an explanatory narrative, and type or specific system category to which it belongs.Now superceded by?RFC.
