Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
ITIL is acollection of standards which may be observed in IT service management (ITSM); these standards help keep IT service goals in line with the goals of the business, and establish a minimum level of competency. Beyond those functions, they establish a basis from which to measure improvements and plan for changes. Some of the key components of ITIL include?Incident Management,?Change Management?and?Problem Management.
