Help Desk Premier Version 5 Released
After a successful beta period, Help Desk Premier 5.0 has been released. ?Version 5 brings to Help Desk Premier ?redesigned ticket and change request pages to help you see more of the information that’s important to you without clicking through the previous 9-tab interface.
Help Desk Ticket Improvements
All of the critical details of your tickets, including customer details, description, resolution and attachments, are now available without leaving the first tab of the ticket page. ?Click the image below for a closer look at the redesigned interface:
This design also improves performance, allowing the ticket window to load much faster than in version 4.0.
Change Management Redesign

The Change Management process has also been completely redesigned, making it easier to use with simplified Change Advisory Board setup, and an improved approval process.
Other improvements in version 5 include:
– Active Directory enhancements, including more advanced handling of nested OU’s.
– Performance improvements throughout the application, allowing it to run faster with less resources
– More flexible and powerful dashboard configuration options
– Improved customization capabilities, with Custom Templates now able to give you an even better, customized user experience.
