Help Desk Premier allows you to pre-set email templates which can be re-used throughout the application (for example, as auto-response emails). Access them via?Tools ??Email ??Templates.
Use the Entity drop-down list to display emails relating to features or actions. For example, the People entity displays all email templates relating to new Help Desk Premier user registrations and password resets.
Adding and Editing Email Templates
Click Add, or click the name of an existing template, to customise a template. The list of content variables on the right-hand side can be dragged into the email or subject fields.
Use the Clone icon in the Email Template List to make an exact copy of an email template. This new template can then be customised. Click the green tick in the Default column to choose which email should be sent by default.
